Obviously I was overcome with excitement yesterday! Something has changed in Switzerland.......more precisely Basel. The St Johann tunnel under Volta Platz has finally opened (although only one side). Perhaps it will take another 10 years to open the other carriageway!
Picked up Fi's car ("Little Brumm") from Zürich airport this morning so the logistical hangover from Xmas / New Year is over. Bad news is that I was back in the office and no one noticed my new beard! Not even my boss! Ho hum, back to reality.........at least it's only 1 more day until the weekend.
