Sprung!

It would appear that as quickly as it arrived, Spring has turned to Summer here in the Fricktal. Truely , Spring has sprung and gone! In fact it hasn't rained (or snowed) since before we went to Majorca at the end of March. Since Easter weekend, we have been basking under clear blue skies with temperatures already up into the twenties celcius.....meaning that I had to finally take off the snow tyres which really start to loose their grip in the heat. All the natural events seem to be really early too this year. The cherry blossom has been and (almost gone) and swifts are overflying the village. In the last couple of days the crickets have started up!

So, as I haven't been travelling with work at all, we have been really lucky to be able to get out into the country and enjoy it! For me mainly biking and hiking....for Fi....mostly in Little Brum!
