As you can see, I'm really happy to be spending an hour in a cold garage every day. Being on beta blockers means I don't get warm and my pulse doesn't get high. I can't explain the insane grin, however, maybe I have a future in synchronised swimming or ball room dancing..... both of which would mean shaving my chest hair (which has only just grown back). Judging by the photo I'm going to have to shave those legs and visit a tanning salon to get back that professional look. Might also help if I lost 15 kilo's and wore some proper kit (yes, that is an FC Basel footie shirt).
The only way is up from here! Just hope my morale follows suit.....
